Short 2 Day Course (12 hours)
Learn how to provide mental health first aid to friends, family members, co-workers and other adults.
One in five Australians experience mental health issues in any one year.
Mental health issues affect the emotional, psychological and social well-being of ourselves and those around us. Anxiety, depression, and a number of other mental health issues can affect anyone in our community, including family, friends, and colleagues.
Mental Health First Aid Australia (MHFA) is offering a short face-to-face course (12 hours total) to empower you and those around you with the right tools to help those struggling with their mental health. The course also provides you with strategies to manage your own everyday stress.
Our qualified MHFA accredited trainers will teach you the ability to recognise the warning signs and symptoms of mental health issues, and the skills to deliver a positive pathway to professional help.
