STEPS Casuarina held a heart-warming graduation ceremony for participants of the second Ready for Work program in 2023.

Local employers from Charlie’s and Little Flyers joined staff and students to celebrate the achievement of STEPS’ amazing Casuarina cohort.

After two weeks of work experience, nearly half of the participants from the program had secured employment, joining the industries of interior designing, childcare and hospitality.

STEPS Casuarina runs Ready for Work program twice a year aiming to prepare eligible students to join the Australian workforce with the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence.
