Do you love to fish? Or are you a keen tenpin bowler? Enjoy Art? Movies? How about swimming? Outdoors? Cooking?

STEPS Community Services is seeking volunteers to give a little time and have some fun helping us to provide people with a disability with opportunities to get active, socialise, and learn skills in our recreational activity groups.

STEPS Recreational Activity Coordinator Anthony Walsh is hoping volunteers will join in each week with our fun and enthusiastic groups.

“We know volunteering depends on availability and we have plenty of space for more people interested in getting the fishing group up and running again; and we just need a few more friendly faces to restart the keen ten pin bowling group straight away too,” he said.

Anthony is also looking for a well-organised wizard to lend their skills by volunteering their time as an assistant for administering the activities.

If you would like to volunteer to join in with our recreational activity groups, please contact STEPS Community Services on 07 5456 7100. We would love to see you!
