Offered for free through the STEPS Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program Decked Out is an employability-focused course designed to give you the tools and confidence you need to prepare for and thrive in the workplace.
Decked Out combines fun, practical activities with expert guidance and foundation skills training to stack the deck in your favour for long-term career success. Using a custom deck of themed playing cards, you’ll develop professional strengths, from communication and confidence to writing a great cover letter and acing that first day on the job.
