It’s Queensland Mental Health Week!

This week from the 7th to the 14th of October, is Queensland Mental Health Week – an annual event that shines a spotlight on mental health awareness, advocacy, and support. It’s a time to initiate conversations, break down stigmas and encourage open dialogues about mental health.

AT STEPS, we’re dedicated to nurturing mental well-being and are committed to nurturing it within the community. Our Mental Health team at STEPS Maroochydore are hosting a series of workshops for our staff to participate in throughout the week, specially designed to educate and inspire.

Workshops include a Well-Being Awareness Webinar, discussions on The Science of Mindfulness, Tips to Managing Mental Health in the Workplace, a Gratitude Challenge and many more!

Together, we’re taking positive steps towards a mentally healthier workplace.
