Real change. Real futures. Powered by you.

What is STEPS Pathways Charity 100 Connect?

A community of life changers with one powerful mission. STEPS Pathways Charity 100 Connect is a monthly donor initiative that brings together passionate businesses and individuals, each contributing $100 a month to change the lives of young adults with a disability and autism. Together, these donations create a sustainable source of funding for STEPS Pathways College, the first and only College of its kind in Australia.

Your support helps us empower our students as they develop real-world skills, gain independence, and create a brighter future.

One connection makes a world of difference

Every young person deserves the chance to live with independence and confidence. But for many young adults with a disability and autism, that bright future can feel out of reach. Your monthly donation allows us to provide access to a holistic and educational College experience, including developing daily living and communication skills, building emotional resilience, and making positive social connections.

The power of connection in action

Jess’ Story

During her time at STEPS Pathways College, Jess developed life skills, built her confidence, and formed lasting friendships.

“STEPS taught me how to develop a routine that works for me, and I still use the skills I learned every day at home,” Jess said.

When STEPS Café on George opened in 2021, Jess become one of the first employees – and she’s been working there ever since. After graduating in 2022, Jess stayed on as a paid team member and continued to thrive.

Jess’ journey is a shining example of what is possible for young people when they have holistic support and encouragement to reach their goals.

Jack’s Story

Jack, who in the past has struggled with communication skills and making connections with others, has been making a strong effort to talk with his trainers and fellow students.

His parents, Karyn and Ian Quinton, have been amazed by Jack’s improved communication, saying they’re over the moon about everything he’s achieved in such a short time.

“I am so thankful for STEPS Pathways College and everything the team does for Jack,” Karyn said.

“His confidence is growing and I can see him developing the sense of independence I’ve always dreamed for him. We are incredibly grateful and believe he’s in the best possible environment. Ian and I couldn’t be prouder of Jack.”
