The R U OK? initiative is a powerful call to action, designed to equip individuals with the motivation, confidence, and essential conversational skills necessary to reach out and engage in meaningful discussions with those facing life’s challenges.

Josh Hansen, Business Manager at STEPS Maroochydore, a hub for coordinating various mental health services on the Sunshine Coast, sheds light on the compelling reasons behind our commitment to fostering mental well-being within our work environment.
