STEPS Ready for Work client Laddaporn had the opportunity to gain skills and experience at Approved Real Estate Palmerston. During her work experience she was introduced to different computer programs such as Publisher and enjoyed making marketing materials, answering telephone calls from clients and attending rentals for the purpose of taking photos and inspections.

Laddaporn has a wonderful work ethic, and she was advised that she would be an asset to any company that employed her.

Laddaporn performed all tasks competently and showed initiative at times when her supervisor was busy.
