Making the most of your NDIS plan

Navigating the NDIS and its services can be complex, but STEPS is here to help you make the most of your funding and achieve your goals.

Our personalised approach makes sure every participant receives tailored support that fits their unique lifestyle, needs and goals.

We offer a coordinated range of services, from Community and Employment programs to Supported Independent Living (SIL), and work closely with participants and their support networks to explore flexible arrangements that maximise value.

This includes shared supports, group activities, and wrap-around models that integrate daily living, social participation and employment.

Take Paul, for example: a long-time STEPS participant who started as a STEPS Pathways College student and now benefits from SIL, Community and Work Mates supports.

With a tight NDIS budget, Paul successfully transitioned into a shared living arrangement with two other participants, allowing all housemates to stretch their funding further while receiving the support they need.

STEPS is committed to helping you thrive. Whether you’re new to the NDIS or looking to optimise your current plan, our team is ready to support you every step of the way.
