Natalie has always remained calm when I’ve spoken to her while being stressed and sometimes abrupt. She understood my frustrations. Being a single Mum, financially struggling, Natalie always assisted in ways available, either gift cards or providing referrals to other agencies to seek assistance.
She has local knowledge which is vital for assisting me through hard times.
