STEPS Charity was honoured to welcome the festive season in style and be nominated the charity beneficiary of the 2016 Mooloolaba Christmas Boat Parade.

The 13th annual event raised over $15, 500 which will be put towards funding the STEPS Pathways College opening this year.

Thousands of spectators lined the shore along the Mooloolaba canals to watch the parade of over 50 festively decorated boats. A record-breaking number of waterfront homes also dressed up for judging in the competition.

STEPS Charity would like to send the warmest thank you to Mooloolaba Yacht Club for selecting us as your charity of choice for 2016, and of course a thank you to everyone who attended and entered for making the event the enjoyable success it was.

We would also like to thank the local businesses that jumped on board with their generous support in donating prizes for the STEPS Charity raffle and competition winners, as well as the event sponsors that made the evening possible.

If you’re interested in becoming a sponsor for this year’s event please contact us on 07 5458 3000- planning is already underway to make 2017 even better!
