Known for her work in reshaping health and safety protocols within Queensland’s resources sector, Heidi has consistently demonstrated a talent for strategic leadership and an ability to implement transformative changes.

Her experience extends to high-profile roles, including Deputy Director General of Regional Development, Manufacturing, and Water, and Corporate Services lead at the Sunshine Coast Council, where she oversaw critical operational and compliance areas.
