STEPS has a fantastic opportunity for a Literacy, Language & Numeracy Trainer to join their dynamic team in Cairns, QLD.
The main aim of these roles is to develop and deliver accredited Literacy and Numeracy training programs to disadvantaged jobseekers. These programs will be planned and delivered in accordance with the Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program (LLNP) contract guidelines and the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).

The George Street Academy is currently seeking expression of interests for: - Cleaning Operations Trainers
- Waste Management Trainers
The purposes of these roles is to provide high quality and professional training and assessment activities for The George Street Academy through the facilitation of accredited and non-accredited asset maintenance training programs in accordance with the AQTF.
The successful applicant will have:- Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA/TAE (desirable)
- Current industry experience working in Cleaning Operations or Waste Management is essential
- Experience in the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, with current knowledge and understanding of the AQTF (desirable)
- Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal), including facilitation and presentation skills
